Yellow Oyster (or otherwise called as Golden Oyster), scientifically known as Pleurotus citrinopileatus, is known for its spectacular golden to bright yellow caps, forming clusters with a high number of individual mushrooms. Upon thorough cooking, it imparts a strong nutty flavor and is popular in Asia.
